概要
物質を磁石（静磁場）の中に置くと、物質を構成している原子核がその種類によってある特定の周波数の電磁波を吸収する現象（核磁気共鳴）を利用して、物質がどのような原子で構成されているかを調べることが出来ます。主に水素[1H]と炭素[13C]のNMRが有機物の分子構造解析に利用されています。
